The Reset Box allows you to replay the campaign from start to finish. Or you could play two campaigns at the same time, e.g. one with your friends and one solo! Note that the reset box includes all the content for missions 1 - 12 as well as a fresh party deck. So essentially it's a brand new copy of the game, minus the playmats and other shared components.
