When the Sword from Heaven struck the mountain, and Sho-Riu, the Dragon King, returned to the mortal world with his army of Elemental Dragons, he called forth many creatures of myth and legend that had been dormant for centuries. Stone shattered and broke away from the massive carved lions that stood guard at the gates of temples and towers. Snarling and gnashing their teeth, the Temple Dogs, most savage of the Dragon's minions, awoke, shaking off the shackles of stone that had bound them through the ages. With ornately carved muscles of rock, biting jaws of steel, a magnificent mane of curled hair, and a terrifying hunger that could only be sated by flesh, the Temple Dogs were unleashed once more upon the world to hunt down and crush any that would stand in the way of their master!
